1. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: Terms) govern the use of the floristbt.hu online store (hereinafter: Webshop) operated by KÉTI-VIRÁG Kft. (registered office: 6035 Ballószög, Mikszáth utca 23.; hereinafter: Service Provider). By placing an order, the Customer accepts these Terms in full.
Purchases through the Webshop are made electronically in accordance with the conditions set out in these Terms.

3. Ordering Process
3.1. The Customer selects the desired products in the Webshop, adds them to the cart, and proceeds to checkout where they provide shipping and billing details and select a payment method.
3.2. By placing an order, the Customer makes a purchase offer, which the Service Provider confirms by email. The contract is concluded upon sending the confirmation email.
3.3. The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse an order if the product is unavailable or if the price information was incorrect.
4. Prices
4.1. All prices displayed in the Webshop are gross prices and include VAT (27%).
4.2. The delivery fee is charged in addition to the product price and is calculated automatically at checkout based on the shipping address.
5. Payment Terms
5.1. Credit/debit card payment: Through the PayPal payment gateway, using Visa or Mastercard. No PayPal account is required.
5.2. Bank transfer: The Customer transfers the total amount to the bank account specified in the order confirmation email. Fulfilment begins once the payment has been received.
5.3. Cash on delivery is not available.
6. Delivery
6.1. Delivery is carried out by the Service Provider’s own courier service in Kecskemét and the surrounding area.
6.2. The typical delivery time is 2–4 hours from the receipt of payment.
6.3. Personal pickup is available at the shop: 6000 Kecskemét, Rákóczi út 8.
7. Right of Withdrawal
7.1. Pursuant to Section 29(1)(d) of Hungarian Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.), the Customer may not exercise the right of withdrawal for perishable goods or goods that deteriorate rapidly (fresh cut flowers, live plants, flower arrangements).
7.2. In the event of a quality complaint, the Customer may report the issue to the Service Provider within 24 hours of delivery.
8. Data Protection
The Service Provider processes the Customer’s personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, in compliance with the GDPR and the Hungarian Information Act (Act CXII of 2011).

9.2. The Service Provider will investigate all complaints and provide a written response within 30 days.
10. Effective Date
These Terms and Conditions take effect on 1 February 2026 and remain valid until revoked. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms unilaterally, with prior notice published on the Webshop.
