How do I place an order?
Browse our webshop, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping and billing details, select a payment method, and confirm your order. You’ll receive an email confirmation with all the details.
How long does delivery take?
In Kecskemét and the immediate surroundings, we typically deliver within 2–4 hours after payment has been received. For urgent orders, please call us directly: +36-30-265-5305.
What payment methods are available?
We accept credit/debit card payments (via PayPal) and bank transfers. Cash on delivery is not available.
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes. An electronic invoice is automatically issued for every order via the Számlázz.hu system and sent to your email address.
What if the recipient is not at home?
Our courier will contact the recipient by phone to arrange delivery. If they cannot be reached, we will get in touch with you to find a solution.
Can I send flowers as a surprise?
Absolutely! You can enter a different delivery address from the billing address at checkout. The invoice is sent only to the person placing the order — the recipient will not see any pricing information.
Can I order from abroad for delivery to Kecskemét?
Yes! As a Fleurop member, we welcome international customers. You can place your order via our webshop and pay with PayPal using any international Visa or Mastercard.
When is the flower vending machine available?
Our flower vending machine operates 24/7 at Rákóczi utca 8 in Kecskemét city centre. Card payment only.
Can I return flowers?
Due to their perishable nature, fresh flowers and arrangements cannot be returned or exchanged. If you have a quality concern, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
